The number one complain Mountain House residents have is the horrendous traffic commuters have to put up with every day. Well! there is light at the end of the tunnel.
The state lawmakers have passed the AB 758 bill in Sep 2017. There will be 18 months feasibility study followed by construction groundbreaking. The light train will connect Lathrop and Tracy to BART at the Dublin-Pleasanton station.
I would imagine this will be minimum 4 – 5 years long project. This is a good start and certainly if you either live in Mountain House or planning to invest in this area will be financially rewarding in future for you.
